The room was very spacious, comfortable bed. The continental breakfast had hot waffles and cheese, that's a plus.

my family room was brand-new, appreciated it. the bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub.

It was a great central location with a very friendly staff. The breakfast room was very nice with a good selection of breakfast items. The room had been recently re-done with very nice furnishings.

We had to return to the front desk 3 times during the stay because the key cards did not work properly.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past 15 years for both business and pleasure. I love the location and the comfort of the hotel. The hot tub is nice and hot.

This was a disaster! First we were sent to a room that was occupied. Next we were given a room that smelled bad, but decided to open a window and turn on the bathroom fan while we went out for dinner. When we returned the smell was better, but we wanted to turn on the tv and found no remote. Also noted urine spots on the toilet seat. Were offered another room, but found it hadn't been made up. The next room we were sent to had a dirty toilet with short curly hair on the toilet seat. We left the hotel. During all this, the young front desk person seemed clueless.

Central location so close to national parks and Kanab and buses and other tourists, it was in a very nice area. Steakhouse Rocking v Cafe located 1 mi away was a nice surprise. We liked the stay, my room was brand-new with a king size bed as well as a sleeper sofa.

We stayed just one night and found the hotel to meet all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the large flat screen tv was a nice surprise.

The only complaint, was that the fee for our animal ($25) seemed exceedingly high.

This is a tour bus stop, noisy when the buses arrive and early in the morning, as many as 6 buses per day No hot water when buses are in No meat for "hot breakfast" Room heater/cooler extremely noisy key cards lasted only 24 hours and had to be reset

It was very convenient, almost in the centre of town, which is a place with a very interesting history.

The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions, and the clean, spacious room. We had to change rooms due to plumbing issues, but the second room was really nice and well laid out. Felt very lucky to have found it.

The hotel provided a decent experience with friendly staff and a clean room. While there were issues with check-in and the dated furnishings needed attention, the breakfast selection was reasonable and the location convenient. Just expect some quirks during your visit.

The location was ideal for my business needs, with access to surrounding attractions. The room was clean and spacious, which greatly contributed to a comfortable environment for work. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring any requests were met promptly.

The only downside was minor noise from nearby traffic.

We visited Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park, and the staff here were super friendly. Loved the breakfast, especially the eggs and sausage. Highly recommend the BBQ spot they suggested!

We did have some issues with the keycards. They seemed to be inconsistent, frustrating .
